Next Chapter Supply Co. does not accept returns or exchanges, including requests because of a change of mind, scent preference, or an incorrect selection. Please review the product description and your order details before purchasing.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact nextchaptersupplyco@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and photos where relevant. We will review the issue and discuss the appropriate next steps. Please contact us before sending any item back.

Orders through other stores

If you purchased through Etsy, our Printify store, or Amazon, use the order-help process for the store where you paid. Any applicable marketplace or fulfillment-provider policies also apply to those orders.
